What Makes a Scale-up Company?

The sponsoring company must demonstrate annualised growth of at least 20% in either turnover or staffing over a 3-year period, with a minimum of 10 employees at the start of the period.

Requirements

• Job offer from a qualifying scale-up company
• Minimum salary of £36,300
• Job at RQF Level 6 or above (degree level)
• English language at B1 level
• Maintenance funds of £1,270

After 6 Months

Once you have completed 6 months with your initial sponsor, you can switch employers, work for multiple employers, or become self-employed without any further sponsorship requirements.
